Nazero Constructions are a nationwide construction firm who have forged a reputation for quality developments since the 1960s. La Vita apartments is an eight story mixed residential and commercial tower comprising of 44 prestigious apartments and 10 commercial and retail units at street entry level. This development also includes a large underground parking area.
When we first approached Nazero Constructions, they were hesitant to change their specialist services provider which they had used for many years.
After presenting them with our tender submission they were impressed enough to trust that we would deliver to their high expectations.

To ensure we kept ahead of schedule, with all specialist trade services for this project, we maintained flexible crew quantities with a skeleton crew when demand was low. Then as new areas became available, we increased the crew to enable us to deliver ahead of schedule. This forward planning meant that the client was not held up on any of our delivery of this project.
As the project progressed to the stage of installing the fire system in the completed basement, it was discovered that as a result of a late change to the design layout, the specified design would not meet fire separation requirements. Rectifications were looking to exceed the client’s budget significantly. Excel was able to suggest an alternative design which complied and also reduced the costs of the additional requirements.
Excel has been able to exceed the client’s expectation on this project and others for the level of quality, delivery on timelines, project management expertise and consistency with the agreed budget.
